If your hotel is located outside of Jeju City downtown (e.g., Seogwipo, Aewol, Hallim, etc.), there is an additional cost of KRW 50,000 to KRW 120,000 for pick-up in other cities. Please provide the exact number of passengers and pieces of luggage when booking. Luggage over 28 inches (including 28 inches) will be considered as 1 passenger, while two luggage pieces of sizes 20 inches and 24 inches will also be considered as 1 passenger. Additionally, 1 baby stroller will be considered as 1 passenger.
Cancellation Policy
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is canceled 3 days or less before the event. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is canceled 5 days or less before the event. No cancellation fee if booking is canceled 7 days or more before the event.
