• Pick-up location Jeju International Airport, Gate No.1, outside (1st floor).
• Waiting time charges 15,000 KRW (Regular taxi), 20,000 KRW (Jumbo taxi), 30,000 KRW (Van to Bus) for each additional 30 minutes, payable in cash.
• Please be ready at the pick-up location 5 minutes prior to your selected pick-up time.
• No-show policy If there is no contact 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a no-show and won’t be refunded.

Additional Information

• Please provide the exact number of passengers and pieces of luggage when booking.
• Luggage over 28 inches (including 28 inches) will be counted as 1 passenger, and two pieces of luggage sized 20 inches and 24 inches will also be counted as 1 passenger.
• Additionally, 1 baby stroller will be counted as 1 passenger.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% cancellation fee if booking is canceled 3 days or less before the event.
• 50% cancellation fee if booking is canceled 5 days or less before the event.
• No cancellation fee if booking is canceled 7 days or more before the event.
