- If the guide option is selected, the capacity of the vehicle is reduced by one.
- If you prefer the Simple English option, please let us know at least 2 days before the tour date if you want to change the basic itinerary.
- For Van (max 12pax) and mini-buses (max 20pax) you need to add the guide option.
Additional information
- If your hotel is located outside of Jeju City downtown (e.g., Seogwipo, Aewol, Hallim, etc.), there is an additional cost of KRW 50,000 to KRW 120,000 for pick-up in other cities.
- There is an overtime charge if you use the vehicle for more than 9 hours. The extra charge is between KRW 40,000 to KRW 150,000 per hour.
- Please provide the exact number of passengers and pieces of luggage when you make your booking.
- Luggage over 28 inches (including 28 inches) will be considered as 1 passenger, while two luggage pieces of sizes 20 inches and 24 inches will also be considered as 1 passenger.
- Additionally, 1 baby stroller will be considered as 1 passenger.
- To see whole jeju island you will need 3 days. Even if your schedule allows only one day, you can visit any of the locations, whether it’s an east-west or north-south course. You can also visit any cafe or restaurant not on our list. (Surcharge for distances exceeding 150 kilometers: 20,000 -40,000 KRW per 10 km.
Cancellation policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 5 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
