If you do not provide a specific itinerary, the Basic itinerary will be applied by default.

The price of this product includes a 10% VAT and Travel Agency Fee.

Surcharge for distances exceeding 140 kilometers:

• Regular Taxi(Up to 3pax):  15,000 KRW per 10 km

• Jumbo Taxi(Up to 6pax):  20,000 KRW per 10 km

• Van(Up to 13pax): 25,000 KRW per 10 km

• Mini-Bus/Bus(Up to 40pax) : 30,000 KRW per 10 km

The drivers have limited English skills and may only speak a few basic words or simple phrases. They have no overseas experience.

Vans, Minibuses, and Buses are operated by a driver and accompanied by an English-speaking guide.

Additional Information

• If your hotel is located outside of Jeju City downtown (e.g., Seogwipo, Aewol, Hallim, etc.), an additional pick-up fee of KRW 50,000 to KRW 120,000 will apply, depending on the location.

• Please provide the exact number of passengers and pieces of luggage when making your booking.

• Luggage over 28 inches (including 28″) will be counted as one passenger. Two smaller suitcases (20″ and 24″) will also be considered equivalent to one passenger.

• Additionally, one baby stroller will be counted as one passenger.

• To fully explore Jeju Island, we recommend a 3-day trip. However, if you only have one day, you can still visit key locations along the East-West or North-South routes.

• You are free to visit any café or restaurant not included on our list.

• Surcharge for distances exceeding 140 kilometers: KRW 15,000–30,000 per 10 km.

Cancellation policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event.
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 5 days or less before the event.
• We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event.
