- Pick up location : Jeju International Airport, Gate No.1, outside (1st floor).
- Waiting time is charged : 15,000 KRW (Regular taxi) 20,000 KRW(Jumbo taxi) 30,000KRW(Van to Bus) for each additional 30 minutes, payable in cash.
- Please be ready at the pick-up location 5 minutes prior to your selected pick-up time.
- No show policy: If there is no contact 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a no-show and won’t be refunded.

- Please provide the exact number of passengers and pieces of luggage when you make your booking.
- Luggage over 28 inches (including 28 inches) will be considered as 1 passenger, while two luggage pieces of sizes 20 inches and 24 inches will also be considered as 1 passenger.
- Additionally, 1 baby stroller will be considered as 1 passenger.

- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 5 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
